Principal seller, no held funds
Jewel Box is the seller of record on every invoice. You pay us by bank transfer against that invoice and we ship. We hold no wallet, no account balance and no escrow on your behalf.
One published volume discount
Prices follow one published volume discount, applied identically to every buyer. Inspection is included: buyers pay no inspection fee and no commission. The agreed order and invoice itemise applicable charges before payment.
Nothing enters the exchange unseen
Allocations arrive at our hub for inspection before they are ever listed. Metal fineness, carat tolerances and gemmological metrics are verified against the piece, and the verification record travels with it through transit clearance to settlement.
